Description

Bloom
The essence of spring BLOOM is captured in Aoraki, New Zealand. A luxurious blend of spring flowers combined with sweet aromatic notes of English pears wrapped in a bouquet of lily of the valley unfolds the fruity-floral character of the fragrance.

Roseraie
Named in honour of the French word for rose garden, the beauty of ROSERAIE is awash with freshness and youth. An unabashedly floral-fruity and energetic bouquet, it is made complete with the addition of the sweetest of top notes in the form of violet and blackcurrant.

Sevillian Neroli
Created in honour of the historic Jardines del Generalife in Alhambra, Spain, this eponymously named scent is evocative of the famous gardens' ambiance during the warm summer months. The Generalife, built between the 12th and 14th centuries, was a palace used by the Muslim kings as a resting place. It was conceived as rural villa where ornamental gardens, orchards and running water would soothe the soul, and it still serves as a place of reflection for many. This citrus bouquet begins with base notes of vetiver, cedarwood and sandalwood to reflect the gardens' exotic history. Middle notes of cinnamon, geranium and cloves lift the fragrance for a lighter mood than its predecessor, whilst top notes directly reference summer with plum, bitter orange, neroli and yellow citrus lemon making for a clean, fresh scent.

Bourgeons De Cassis

Bourgeons De Cassis is inspired by the century old region of Burgundy in east-central France, where "The Earth Is In Love". It is renowned for its blackcurrant, evoking pleasant memories of bud picking in the middle of a harsh winter. Floral fruity notes of blackcurrant buds, geranium and chamomile blend with Bulgarian rose and violet with a fragrant jasmine base. Vibrant and verdant.

Amber Vanilla

An oriental vanilla fragrance that shimmers with an air of understated luxury, Ambre Vanille has a warm base of vanilla and musk that rises to a deep amber centre that envelops all that surrounds it. Top notes of bergamot and mandarin add a hint of citrus to round things out, leaving a fragrance cocktail that fills a room with unmistakable beauty.

Turn Back Time

A smooth, sensual fragrance which exudes class, Turn Back Time is inherently modern whilst still paying homage to the past, evoking memories of the 1980's landscape. Top notes of refreshing citrus and tuberose blend with orris root, Egyptian jasmine and heliotrope, while the base reveals sandalwood, tonka bean, vanilla and almond.

Shanghai Night

Reminiscent of temple incense and high times in the famed city's past, Shanghai Night is a tribute to the destination once known to the world as the 'Paris of the Orient'. Warm woody base notes are lightened with a blend of rose, jasmine and ylang-ylang leaving a beautifully invigorating scent perfect for evening.

Velvet Noir

A woody aromatic fragrance that exudes elegance representing a contrast between fresh and rich aromas, Velvet Noir is announced as the scent of pure instinct and also the most sophisticated of all of Maraca's offerings. Warm base notes of patchouli, Haiti vetyver, ambrette seeds and white musk mix with Egyptian jasmine, amyris and Texas cedarwood to create a feeling of pure luxury, whilst a top note of Indian pepper ensures that Velvet Noir unravels with a subtle and mysterious finish.

Generalife Gardens

Created in honour of the historic Jardines del Generalife in Alhambra, Spain, this eponymously named scent is evocative of the famous gardens' moody ambience during the cooler months. The Generalife, built between the 12th and 14th centuries, was a palace used by the Muslim kings as a resting place. It was conceived as a rural villa where ornamental gardens, orchards and running water would soothe the soul, and it still serves as a place of reflection for many.
